Can't even supply basic information

Took me over a month to get basic SARS required information for a late estate out of them. Doesn't matter what e-mail you use, everyone seems to think it is somebody elses job to supply the information. Other suppliers could provide documentation within a day. Even as I finally received the information today it was sent as an email with values and not a report.
