Can't cancel my Old Mutual policies

Where to start. I've been an Old Mutual client for a couple of years now and had every type of cover you could think of. I was in a horrific vehicle accident in 2021 and submitted a claim to my Broker at Didimata. I waited almost a year with no feedback and when I phoned to follow up after my recovery the broker never submitted my claim. After a string of emails up and down Old Mutual required more and more proof of my accident. After more than 13 months I decided to drop the claim, cut my loses and move on. I have been trying to cancel my services with Old Mutual for over 40+ days without any assistance. I visited the Old Mutual branch, made several calls to the call center and no one can assist me to cancel my policies with Old Mutual. Through all of this I'm still getting billed although I've submitted a cancellation request.

My issue has still not been resolved.

I urge anyone to stay far away from Old Mutual as they truly do not care about their customers. Signing up is easy but getting a claim completed or trying to make a cancellation is horrific.
