Can't Cancel "Free" will
Battling to cancel "Free" will with Old Mutual from 20 Nov 2020. Every year a custody fee is deducted and every year I ask for Cancelation as I have a new Will in place. How many R85 rand does Old Mutual deduct yearly from Customers unknowingly? Communication is going backwards an forwards every year!! If you can not get a Simple thing right like this why would people want to make big investments with you?
