Cant bury loved one - sad and painful

Little did I know by insuring my Daughter will cause so much pain when she is no more. I have raise my sister child from early age. I met with old mutual broker at the streets of Johannesburg who opened an funeral cover for my family, little did I know she was not professional enough to capture the documents in a correct order. she captured my sisters daughter as my child and whereas I have my own child born same date us my niece. I have outlined everything to her when opening account that the 2 kids are mine and the other one is my sisters child that she adorned her and she stays with me and taking care of her. mind you old mutual deducting money every month . on the 11 January I visited a branch at Gandhi square to claim so that I can bury her in dignity and peace, in my surprise I was told my claim has been declined due to fact that I cant have two kids born at the same month , same year bt different date. I explained what has happen and that I raise the child since she was young so basically she is mine. I was told to go to get a letter from social workers that state that I am indeed a foster mother to the child. I got it went back to the branch again my claim was declined , they telling e they are not paying claims to forester kids. Puzzled me why did they deduct my money for foster kid at the first place?why no one saw this mistake cause by their own employee? no I cant bury my child cause I am foster mother to her. That's so painful
