Cannot Get My Investment Out!

<p>When I opened my Unit Trust with Old Mutual I was told that this was a more flexible policy because you can withdraw your money and have it in your account within 48hrs. I have had this policy for sometime now and all the time I have withdrawn money it has always reflected in my account within 24hrs which was awesome. However, in this instance I was told that the policy has changed and now the withdrawal can take upto 8 WORKING DAYS. This is very frustrating because when emergencies occure you do not have the luxury of waiting for 8 working days, and also why were policy holders not notified of the changes so that one can make a decision to save their money else where, where it is more easily accesible. I called the customer care line yesterday to confirm where in the process I was in recieving my money and all he could tell me was "it is with the processing department", I then asked if there is any way I could expedite the process because I really need my money and he said all he could do was send an email and that was that!!!! Nothing has happened since then.</p>
