Cannot contact anyone!
Cannot contact anyone on their phone lines! Tried all the numbers. Even sales call backs don't work, no one calls. I did get through to a main switch board but I was "transferred" but the call died. I'd hate to be an actual customer with Old Mutual if this is the after experience. You dont seem to have any good reviews.
I'm trying to resolve a possible case of identity *****. I keep receiving sms policy messages for a policy I don't have. For eg:
