Cancelled policy
I took out a Greenlight policy around 2004 and 2005. The policy was debited from my account for years. Last year(2024) in September, I received a letter stating that my policy had lapsed. From then, I tried calling the complaints department without any success. Recently, i logged a complaint on their website, received acknowledgement that my complaint was received. But I am not getting any follow up.
