Cancelled policy and waiting for my premiums to be paid back

Not so long ago I cancelled my funeral policy because of the bad treatment I was getting from Old Mutual. My contract which I have a copy of, stipulate that should it happen that I cancel my policy without having benefited or claimed before, they(Old Mutual) will refund my premiums. They sent me a letter that proves that my policy was cancelled but when its time for the to fulfill what's in the contract they send me from pillar to post and I know that this matter will end with the Ombudsmen. I'm disappointed in this company, they need to upskill their employees who have no uniformity amongst, they don't sing the same song and yet all the procedures are in front of them.

Please refund my premiums
