Cancelled policies even if u paid!

Im going up nd down to old mutual since May 2020 for them to update my payments as i received sms that my policies will collapse if i dont pay but my payment method is stop order from work, I've been sending emails no response I've been calling stay on the line for half an hour than phone have been dropped on the 13 August 2020 someone helped me at head office telling me my last payment was in March but every month there's a stop order she also said there is one policy that will be collapsing if i dont sent my July payslip but she can see i did sent payslips for the month of April,May and June she will sent a request so they can update it i received a Ref CEA*** and the same day i sent my July payslip to *** i also received ref GSENQ*** I try to do follow ups but the phone is ringing for half an hour and when they pick up they drop it 27 August 2020 i received and email that my policies is cancelled nd paid-up I dont know who to contact even the branches is of no good coz i was sitting an hour with no feedback and they keep saying if u have proof of payment dont worry in this case what do i do?
