Cancelled my life policy without my knowledge

<p>I have life cover with Old Mutual for close to 6 years me and my partner combined are paying just over R3000 the premiums keeps on increasing and we keep on paying , I updated the banking details on all the policies that was deducted from my partners personal savings to his business account all the policies was updated except for one and Old Mutual cancelled the policy also not informing the broker I called Old mutual two weeks ago for a different query and was informed about this unfortunate event and this is scary !! reason why we have this cover is for peace of mind in knowing that partner and kids will be secured when one pass on , I mean what is the point of appointing someone if you don’t notify that person of the change , Old mutual right now wants me to sign a declaration to re in state and that I refuse to sign as it will be a whole new agreement and contract and this was not my fault and this matter needs to be resolved ASAP or we cancel each and every policy with your company you are not treating me Farley as a client !!!</p> <p> </p>
