cancelled investment not paying out

I have cancelled my investment when I enquire about the payout l am told that I will only receive the money in 2019 this is because the latter has restrictions which only allows me to withdraw twice in a period of years, when questioning if I will get any interest whilst my money is with them they couldn't provide a straight answer the consultant told me that the when I increase the amount I invest it extend the restriction period , as if that is not enough my so called financial advisor opened another investment on my behalf hence I told her that I cannot afford to contribute anymore. then another financial advisor from call center named Phumeza told me that the investment must be surrendered in order for me to get the money but apparently that was not true should not provide a call reference number instead she hanged up on me. what an appalling service .
