Cancelled Educational policy

I cancelled the educational policy on the 25th April 2015,I was promised a refund within 7 working days,that didn't happen I phoned their customer service department I was told I won't get paid because there's no reason for cancellation on their system of which that is beyond my control is not my fault that is inconviniencing to me because I want to pay my accounts with that money
