Cancellation of Policy Number: ***6

During October 2015,1 contacted your office to enquire about investing my money. A lady from your office called me and informed me that a Mr Slabb will contact me to set up an appointment.Mr Slabb and I had a discussion and he advised me in which fund to invest my money. After our conversation regarding the investment policy, he then offered me a life and disability plan (I think it's called green light). Mr Slabb told me the first 6 months I will be covered without any deductions, and after the 6 months. Old Mutual will contact me to hear if I want to continue with this policy.I am not sure but Mr Slabb gave me about 5 blank forms to sign for the investment policy and he was going to come back to me to complete the rest of the information as soon as Old Mutual deposits the money into my banking account.Under no circumstances did Mr Slabb make it clear to me that I was accepting or signing a stop order for this life policy. I was horrified when I received my pay slip for January 2016 and saw the deduction of R1232.00 via stop order and which I have no which I have no knowledge of signing.I demand a full refund of this money as I've been a client for many years.
