Cancellation of policies

Old mutual landed me into debts last year, they refused to pay my mother's funeral cover saying the policy lapsed while I'm still paying monthly premiums. I wrote an email to them in May 2021 asking them to cancel all my policies with them and pay me what is due to me. Until today they did not cancel and still deducting my money from my persal.
