Cancellation of Pension Annuity

Hi<br> <br> I cancelled my pension annuity with Old Mutual on the 20th of January this year and I was told that if I don't owe SARS, I'll get my surrender money within 5-10 working days. It's now the 17th working days and no one has contacted me to give me feedback or anything. As far as I know, I don't owe SARS anything according to what they told me when I filed with them last year. Now I don't understand what's going on with Old Mutual-please assist<br> <br> Kind Regards
