Cancellation of my Life Policy

I have tried unsuccessfully to try and cancel my life policy with my Old Mutual Broker & Old Mutual Customer Services. Just getting responses from my broker at all and the Customer Service guy, Byron does not reply to his emails. Easy to get signed up, but when you want to cancel its a nightmare. I have now got another Life Policy through my new Company , ironically with the same Old Mutual, but am going to cancel that and go somewhere else if I get no joy in the next week.
