Cancellation of my life cover without my consent.

On the 7th October 2024,I received an email from my financial advisor making me aware that my life cover has been cancelled on the 6th October 2024.

Firstly I didn't give anyone mandate to cancel my life cover policy. I would like to know who did this? Thus person must be liable for this.

I called head office and the lady who answered my call indicated she will escalade the matter immediately.

I don't want to be told that I need a new contract, this life cover was taken when I bought my property with my husband during 2020/2021.

I'm frustrated because I I did not give anyone mandate to cancel my life cover.

This matter needs to be resolved ASAP.
