Cancellation of investment account

My name is Tswarelo Ramjapedi. I have two investment plans with old mutual, a Tax free and focussed investment plan. Old mutual is debit R1200 every month from my account, for the two policies. I realised on my portfolio that the amount I invested has reduced, I don't how but the total is supposed to be R6400, plus I was charged R800 in June 2015 for the plan to be activated. I am now aware that this Is a money making scheme for old mutual, my money keeps on reducing, of which I was never told that I might lose some of the money I am investing. I want my accounts with old mutual to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded in full, the total contribution being R7200. I expect to hear from you.
