Cancellation of insurance policies

I have tried cancelling my insuranc policies since 17 August , but still old mutual continued deducting from my salary. This is despite the letters that i have submitted to them, wherein one of such is the one that i wrote to the department. Old mutual said i will get a response within four days, but today marks more than the four days that they said they would. This is the reference number: GSENQ ********** .

This is my ID number *************, that bares reference to the letters I've sent to you to cancel my policy and al those who are under my name on 17 August 2018. it has already been more than four days that I await your response.
