CANCELLATION OF A POLICE

<p>I have never seen such bad service till this far. I sent an email o the 15/03 to customer care and guy buy the name of LUCAS KOPI rep**** and when i sent him a reply back he never came back to me of what must happen next. I call in again med last month and some rude guy still didnt assist me nor came back to me when i asked him to listen to the recording of me asking them to cancel the police, they never WANT ME TO SPEAK TO THEIR TEAM LEADER . This morning an debit of R 1100 was debited out of my account and the bank charges will come back as there was no money in my account, so who must pay the charges when i asked them to cancel the police? I called in the morning again and i was still wasnt assisted its nearly 10am and no feedback as been given back.... (Ref. no:--CCC ********** 3--) I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!!!!!! </p>
