cancellation

I called old mutual to cancel a funeral policy, there was no answer, I sent an email, got a response a day later, with forms I have to complete, when I sent a mail asking how to complete them I was told to call the call center, which as usual didn't answer the phone. and one of the forms requires me to go get a commissioner of oaths. for what? I wont inconvenience myself by going to a police station or old mutual branch to cancel a policy I took over the phone. if I can take on the phone, why cant I cancel it there? old mutual really does play games, if its not unpaid claims, its impossible cancellations, this is all just a money-making scheme, make promises so that you get money out of us, and then duck and dive when you must pay or cancel policies. I wont go to any branch or police station, and I want this policy cancelled. and i don't want an apology, heard enough of them. i want actions.
