Canceled Policy but still debited

I canceled my policy on the 14th July 2023 only to recently learn that I was debited 4 more times after the cancelation. Called to request a refund which I was told it will take three days to process but I am still waiting.

With every call I make to enquire further, I am put on hold, transferred to a department in which I will not get help, hung up on and the promise to get called back. I am defeated, I canceled my policy because of the bad service I was getting, it's sad that even after the cancelation, I still have to beg for my money and a better service It is now the 15th November, Old Mutual has deducted 4 more times since the cancelation, no refund, no one
