Canceled debit order

After canceling my funeral cover yet another instalment has been debited this month. I have read so many of these reviews about OM. Nonetheless. Just wanted to address another issue as well. I received a notification after issuing a complaint regarding a terribly rude unprofessional advisor which asked whether my issue was resolved by the consultant. I responded no because I did at no stage receive a call from anyone. Iguess now someone will finally contact me to address these issues,I hope. My main focus being the canceled debited order still going off on my account. Thank you.
