Cancelation

Hi I recently visited a branch in protea glen mall and I asked for cancelation for my life cover since I cannot cannot afford to pay anymore. But I see the cancelation has not been done. Now my bank charges me for those unpaid debit orders. Please cancel and refund my premiums.
