Cancel Policy

I am sooo disappointed with Old Mutual and after reading other reviews about Funeral Policies that are not paid on time I am even thinking of cancelling all the policies I have with them. I cancelled a policy on the 30 September 2022 Policy number: ***8 and I was told it takes 7 to 12 working days I sent emails with no response, now I am told it will take 15working days and yet come month end they will debit again.
