cancel policy

I took a funeral policy with Old Mutual but I've been trying to cancel my grandmother policy since January because she passed on in January and I tried to cancel online and even went to one of their branches at Bayside but they told me that manager was not available at that time cuz the were so many policies for myself which I was not even aware of that so it will need a manager I don't even want the money back I just want to cancel the policy. I’ve tried every avenue that I can think of this is my last hope to have this issue resolved.
