CANCEL MY POLICIES

I am just vexed with this company now. I know with all contracts if you break them you pay penalties. I am struggling with the children and so behind with everything and they are telling I cannot cancel the policies because of some restrictions! If someone put them there, surely they can remove and cancel the policies. I want that money as soon as possible. I have sent the forms, I don't want no phone calls anymore just give me what I want so we can go our separate ways in peace.
