CANCEL LIFE POLICY WITHOUT CONSENT
Good day <br> <br> This was never disclosed to my father that when he reaches the age of 65 my grandmother policy will cease to exist<br> <br> Please refund all the premiums that my poor BLACK father paid for four years towards my grandmother funeral policy.<br> <br> The various reasons that you gave so far for terminating this policy makes ME sick to the gutter

The plan has not been terminated. The product rules of this product states that at the age of 65 the plan becomes paid-up at 100% of the current level of cover, provided that the policy is still active at that point.
This benefit is currently in a paid-up status and no further premiums are expected, however, the assured remains covered.
