Cancel investment
Good day, It is very frustrated to do any business with Old Mutual, I really don't think their support system is in place. I tried for months now to increase my investment with them without any joy. they contacted me twice and send me new updated document but still the old premium went of my bank account. I am done with them - will take my business elsewhere. I contacted them to cancel my investment and pay me out my diffidence and still up to now waiting for anybody to contact me. To try and phone them is very frustrated as you just can't get through to them Regards Annie

So they contacted me a few days later and still until now they did not adhere to my request. I asked them to cancel my investment and pay me out my dividends and am still waiting.
Will never do business with Old Mutual again and will discourage everyone that want to do business with them.

This is *****ing from their customers. I cancelled my investment and from R4590.88 invested I only get R3502.32 back! I am so disgusted with Old Mutual!
I will never ever recommend people to them, that is for sure! I will go to social media if that is the only thing I can do to expose them!

This is *****ing from their customers. I cancelled my investment and from R4590.88 invested I only get R3502.32 back! I am so disgusted with Old Mutual!
