can't tell me when policy will be paid up

I had a policy with old mutual which I didn't want when I phone the lady not to carry on with the policy she did but I all saw recently I got u guys on my pay slip which I don't want and to cancel I was told to hand a paper in to say cancel as I did I am still waiting for my money to be paid out to me so please just give me what is mine and I won't u guys anymore please for service like this
