Can't get hold of anyone

<p>I've been trying for two weeks to get through to the call centre and also tried sending emails, but to no avail. Yet i will get phonecalls from the call centre trying to sell me products. Please could someone advise me on how to find out what the available funds are in my 2in1 savings plan.</p>
