CAN MY EDUCATIONAL POLICY BE CANCELLED PLEASE

I am tired of Old Mutual.I simply want to cancel my educational fund Policy Number 69253P***.I am getting automated replies asking me for documents that I have sent more than 5 times.I woke up today with an SMS telling me that I have no withdrawals..I do not want to make withdrawals ..I want to cancel ..I had to choose withdrawal on the APP cause there’s no cancellation option.I have been calling and being redirected to Group schemes ...What a waste of airtime..30 minutes with a song playing ..It is so unfair ..Please Cancel my policy.I did sent a form surrending .Why does this have to be so hard?.I honestly never thought I’d find myself on this site writting a review..This is not right at all..
