Came with excuses after asking ME to reinstate my life policy I had for 3 years!
I had a Life policy which lapsed due to my own fualt and financial constraints after 6 months Old mutual contacted me and asked me if I would like it reinstated I agreed and relieved filled in the new forms that was sent to me. Then no response after 2 weeks I emailed again and was asked to go to 3 different doctors on my own account and get a PMA this was not disclosed in the initial reinstateing process I was so dismayed and now I cannot get a hold of them to reinstate my policy. I have a 4 year old daughter who is depended on that policy should I ever pass away!
