Call centre waste of effort

It is with absolute frustration dealing with Old Mutual. We have tried the call centre for the last 3 months as we cannot login with the secure login to actually see the useless performance of the 5 year investment . This so called self help system... wrote and received a response from laroshell Thompson..to call the contact centre. U would think this person would assist but no call a call centre that one answers anyway. Never never again cannot wait to take our money out from these insurance $$#@ bunch of...
