Call Centre waiting time Sucks
Old Mutual C all center is one the worst services in Mzansi, I waited for 30 minutes listening the same voice repeating the same thing over and over, the same thing happened last my calls were never transferred to the required department.. my landline bill will be so high due to this waiting. I am a pensioner every cent counts. This is a disgrace for such a big company. I cannot take it any more. I want out if I can. Regards

As discussed, letter signed by yourself in order to cancel the policy.
I have checked and find that the policy is still ceded to Nedbank. We will therfore also require a letter from Nedbank to confirm that the cession may be removed as they do not have any interest in the policy.
We will only be able to cancel the policy once this has been received.
You can e-mail this to me and I will ensure that the policy is cancelled.
