Call center reps are rude, leaves missed calls without voice messages

Old mutual Capetown call centre gave me 3 missed calls this morning, no messages. I had to call them to find out who would call 3 times without leaving a message. When I called, the lady (amanda) on the other end put the phone down on me. And when I returned the call again there was no manager or team leader available... So that is what Old Mutual is - leaderless, irritating, rude...
