Call Center pathetic services

Called old mural call centre x2 and was call was cut by the company eventually got through to an agent and she put me on hold for 44 minutes using up most of my airtime and then cuts the call. They don’t even call back . And we are long standing customers of theirs . Very disappointed with their service and how do I resolve my issue
