I have policy with Old Mutual since 2011, Imaad Bey contacted me on the 21st January stating that OM want to thank me for being loyal to them by decreasing my premium on policy 66176N***. I stated clearly o him that I don't want a new policy. He assured me that he will not be opening a new policy. I phoned OM to inform them about the matter and launched official complaint till today the problem is not solved and I didn't get any communique from them. I provided them with all the evidence
