Suspected *****. I received an sms on the 15 indicating that my loan has not been successfully.
I contacted Old Mutual to understand what was happing I was told that it’s a marketing strategy. I checked my credit score and I noticed that an inquiry was made by Old Mutual. How so? Where was the application made? Provide me with details payslip used as well and copy of identity documents.

It’s an hard inquiry and my credit score has lowered.
I do not want up and downs on this matter, I did not apply for any loans. I do not want to be inconvenienced by Old Mutual.
