Bye bye OUTSURANCE after 18 years of being your client

<p>I went to Outsurance offices today to adjust my policy as I have recently become unemployed and cannot afford to pay my 2017 premium once off on an annual basis. Guess what ?my premium not only goes up by nearly R2000 because I am now unemployed but they can't change from an annual payment to a monthly payment. Why has my car insurance gone up by 25% when the value of the car decreases?And their advertising line of adjusting their premiums to suit your budget - clearly does not apply when you have been a customer for nearly 18 years. I have no choice but to now look elsewhere for a more suitable and accommodating Insurance policy</p>
