Hi old mutual is been deducting money on my account for policy that I didn't open, and It is for the second time I've complained and they sent me forms for me to complete and they haven't stopped deducting, and what they are doing is ***** it is not acceptable, i don't want anything to do with them again.
I need assistance with this matter.
