****** by old mutual

Really not happy with old mutual,I went to cancel my kids educational plan ,I was given print out forms stating I will get R1057.32 for each child but only to be ****** to get R792.98...the main reason I went to cancel alot of people whr complaint about old mutual then I decided to cancel, now I see that all that was said was true ...the branch at wonderpark is useless...I was helped by dudu she was nice and kind on the day but when I called for a follow up she was very rude ...not happy at all ...all I want is my money ,don't care how little it is R264.34 for each .....
