I app**** for debt consolidation and was approved,I have a loan with all mutual and their money is included on my debit order as arranged with my debt hero. The debit order went out today,now guess what old mutual debited me again so it means I'm being debited twice. Old mutual what exactly it's your problem? I'm now left with no money on my account to even pay for my kids school transport
Please urgently refund my money before the 1st please
