My Mother took out two policies with Old Mutual about 30 years ago paid more than R250000 on the two policies that were supposed to pay out R200000 just received an email from Old Mutual that informed me that the policies lapsed on 11/11/2024 they planned to reinstate them 1/4/2025 but my mom died 15/3/2025 they are not giong to pay out the policies, so even after receiving more money than they must pay out . I am totally shocked by the business ethics of Old Mutual
