Business in bad faith. *****

I have been battling for a week to interpret a message that says that I have used my retirement as a surety for my home, yet I don't own a home. When I ask them what this means and which bank, they send me from pillar to post. This sounds like Old Mutual is trying to de***** me of my hard earned money. I will report then to the ombudsman and also seek legal advise. Be ware!
