bunch of ******* and poor service

i took an investment policy with old which they said am going to accumulate interest which is a lie no interest for the past 10months but they've been debiting my account, i requested to cancel my policy they going in circles instead of them just depositing back my money now they sent me a flipping schedule payment and when i check the balance dats not my full amount i want my full amount because they dd not fulfil my needs with their stupid policy with zero interest.
