BUNCH OF ******-NO COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER
Daleen Daniels from your head office called me now(9;49am) to say my policy is behind and that one of the polices will lapse 17/07/2018.Now this is the 3rd damn time I'm experiencing such with this company!!!Bunch of ****** because I spoke to Ruby Chetty and she said my policy is up to date,a month or two ago.What exactly does this company want from me????Is this how you treat all your clients?I demand an urgent update from this Daleen Daniels and written in black and white,I'm soooooooo fedup with all of this!!
