Bullying to persuade love in exchange to release funds

I went to old mutual with my wife for a loan. And was helped by Thabo Selepe at Arcadia branch. After we left he took my wife's number from the system and called him behind my back to start proposing on her. When my wife says No. He then said I will make sure u cant withdraw ur money with us and will get it declined. whereby he knew how desperate my wife needed the money. Then he kept on threatening her that if he does agree to b in a relationship with her she won't get the money. Then due to fear the wife agreed behind my back. After I find out the Dating and the money being paid I went straight to confront him in front of his manager and he admitted in doing all that and promised to stop. But otherwise he continued. Currently as we speak my wife is asking for separation because if one of your staff member. What else he told her I dont know. Because I can see my wife is living in fear and being forced to file divorce. Why does the manager allow this kind of behaviour at the workplace whereby this damages the reputation of old mutual. Phone record of Thabo calling my wife every day can be pulled from the branch with the number he use everyday rather than marketing new business for the company. Something need to be done with this kind of people and behavior.
