Bullies that will ***** from you and make sure you can't recover what is ******

I want nothing to do with old mutual and I want to terminate any existing policies with them. I have been paying over R300 a month for more than 5 years for funeral cover and I was promised a cash back and I only received R600. I can't believe that they call that cash back but then I embarked on finding a better policy and I found ABSA which is giving better rates for 3 times the cover and I am very happy. I have just cancelled my cover with old mutual.

Now I want to cancel my tax free saving plan but I am being sent from pillar to post and therefore cannot withdraw my funds. I feel that this is very ********* and cannot believe how easy it is to sign up with Old Mutual but you can't get out.

I am tired of the abuse and I want out. I will not hold for another hour just to be transferred to another department where I have to hold for again, I am very frustrated and deserve better than this for what I am paying.

Please terminate any contracts I have with Old Mutual, I have heard enough.
