This money we need, these kids to feed this poor widow is on the wheelchair she needs the money to meet the daily meat and can't effort to be up and down into your branches, which also has poor communication. they told this woman that she can submit the documents anywhere because they will be submitted to the head office. But now head office knows nothing about the documents and they are telling us the we must go to the branch. So which one is it? Is it the branches fault or head office fault.

I mean since April 2023 up to now you have been sending this poor woman up and down just Release this Woman's Husband****last salary. for crying out loud.

This case has been opened from April all relevant and requested Documents has been submitted, and we were promised that money will be transferred into the wife's account but up to so far the money is not in. When we call to follow up the customer service can't give any service because the document are not appearing on their side when we call the branch they say to do a follow up we must come to the branch what ***** is that? why can't they use the ID number and give us the feedback and progress on the matter?

Why was the fact that we can't call to make follow up was not mentioned. If I have the account number and the ID number you can't tell me that I need to be in the branch to see what is the status of my account. This is 2023 come on! Use your technologies, and remove lazy *********** people on the customer service line.
